How it works

From your request to production, with no needless meetings.

1. You state the need

Bug, feature, improvement: you describe the intent. No 40-page spec.

2. Scoped design

The AI team turns the need into a technical plan, identifies impacts and proposes an approach before writing a single line.

3. Autonomous execution

Agents code, test, open merge requests and iterate. Continuously, in parallel across topics.

4. Quality gates

Independent code review, security analysis, visual verification. Nothing ships without passing the checks.

5. Continuous delivery

Merged code goes to production. You track progress and keep the final say.

What you keep in control

Priorities, scope, sensitive approvals and critical deployments stay on your side. The AI executes, you decide.

What we take care of

Three services that cover your project from design to maintenance.

Tailor-made design

We design your project to measure: scoping the need, architecture and a technical plan before a single line of code.

Supervised development

Your project's development is supervised by our team and delegated to our experienced AI agents, continuously and under guardrails.

Scalable maintenance

We set up a scalable maintenance team, sized according to the plan you select.

How it works

A cyclic ecosystem: every request travels the loop until delivery, then the loop starts again.

1Ticket creation(AI or human)2Assignment (autoor human)3Design4Development5Merge request6Verifiers(security /visual / review)7Fixes fromfeedback8Delivery
Every need — bug, feature, evolution — comes in as a ticket, created by you or detected by the AI.The ticket is routed and prioritised automatically, or arbitrated by a human depending on the stakes. The agent frames the need: impacts, technical approach and plan, before writing a single line.Agents code, test and open the merge request, continuously and in parallel across several topics. The change is proposed as a merge request, ready to pass the checks before any production release.Four automatic gates: independent code review, security check, visual verification and end-to-end tests.Feedback from the gates (or from you) goes back into fixes until everything is green.Validated code ships to production; you follow progress and keep control over the trade-offs.

Automatic verifications

Before any delivery, every merge request goes through four checks run automatically by dedicated AI sessions.

Code review

An independent AI session reads the diff, checks the logic and flags regressions before the merge.

Visual verification (VV)

An AI session compares the expected and actual visual rendering on the impacted screens, to prevent any UI regression.

Security check

An AI session screens the change for security risks (secrets, authorisation, injection) before publishing.

End-to-end tests

We automatically replay your product's key journeys, like a real user (sign up, fill in a form, pay…), to catch regressions before your users do. On your predefined scenarios or scenarios that RUMO suggests.

These checks are automatic actions: no manual intervention is needed to trigger them.

Build your AI team

Two plans to set up the team of agents that runs your workshop.

Shared AI team

Autonomy at a lower cost, with shared capacity.

Included
  • AI agents shared across several projects
  • Pooled processing capacity based on load
  • Quality guardrails included (review, security, visual)
  • Ideal to get started or for moderate volumes

A single feedback channel

We set up a single feedback channel — email or another medium depending on your needs — whose messages are sorted automatically and routed to the right processing queue.

We offer this same channel to the users of the delivered project, with automatic triage into urgent, blocking or milestone, and email follow-up at every step.
